Policy for the Return
Don’t love your new artwork? If the artwork doesn’t satisfy you entirely, you have 7 business days from receipt of the artwork to return it in its original package. Unfortunately, after 7 days I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping Address
At Young Studios, ensuring your order reaches you is a top priority. Please double-check the shipping address you enter at checkout, as it is your responsibility to provide the correct information. If you need to make changes, you can easily update the address using the link provided in your order confirmation email within 24 hours of purchase. After that, while we’ll do our best to assist, address changes may not be possible if the order has already been processed. Feel free to contact us, and we’ll help where we can!
I am not able to offer refunds in the following cases:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
